We offer free delivery across the UK and selected European countries. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your order total.

Delivery Time
Since each headboard is handcrafted to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and delivery

Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the UK and eligible European destinations. Available delivery countries will appear at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your headboard is ready, it will be dispatched with a trusted freight partner. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order is on its way..

Returns cannot be accepted
Returns cannot be accepted unless the product is damaged. Please provide pictures as evidence within 14 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@maisonvelloria.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and to ensure that it is suitably packaged. As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.
